In Groot-Brittannië wordt begin juni de eerste Britse Edublog conferentie gehouden. Met Barbra Ganley en Stephen Downes als key note sprekers. Twee thema’s staan centraal:
1. Deployment of weblogs and related technologies within educational institutions and the learning and teaching environment: navigating risk (morning sessions)
2. Blogging as community practice: impact of weblogs on current and future Personal Learning Environments (afternoon sessions).
Er kan een beperkt aantal personen deelnemen. Deelname is gratis. Maar ja: reis- en verblijf niet (en je bent natuurlijk een paar dagen kwijt).
